Sub:- Amendment of Constitution for increasing the subscription& Allocation of Subscription of
the All India Postal SBCOEmployees Association reg…
Ref:- All India Postal SBCO Employees Association Constitution PART III- CIRCLE ASSOCIATION Article No.34 (A)& 35. (Copy enclosed).
Our Association would like to bring to the kind notice of the Honorable Secretary, Department of Posts that, vide the reference mentioned above in which the Constitution regarding the Subscription& Allocation of Subscription of the All India Postal SBCO Employees Association is amended. The Resolution has been passed in the 6th All India Conference held at Chennai, Tamil Nadu from 28th December 2021 to 30th December 2021 for amendment of Association constitution to increase the monthly Subscription deducted from the salary of the AIPSBCOEA members and the Allocation of the same.

35 - Allocation |
The Circle Associations shall remit quota of subscription to the higher bodies of the Association regularly every month. The monthly subscription shall be allocated as under: All India Association Rs. 15/- Circle Association Rs. 13/50 PAYABLE TO THE N.F.P.E Association Rs. 1/50 The Circle Secretaries of the Associations who do not remit quota to the All India Association (CHQ) or to the NFPE for a period of consecutive months shall be liable to be suspended. The Treasurer shall issue a notice to such Circle Associations to remit quota within 30 days. |
The Circle Associations shall remit quota of subscription to the higher bodies of the Association regularly every month. The monthly subscription shall be allocated as under: All India Association Rs. 25/- Circle Association Rs. 23/50 PAYABLE TO THE N.F.P.E Association Rs. 2/50 The Circle Secretaries of the Associations who do not remit quota to the All India Association (CHQ) or to the NFPE for a period of consecutive months shall be liable to be suspended. The Treasurer shall issue a notice to such Circle Associations to remit quota within 30 days. |
